Warranty Period
For vape pod system:
The warranty period is 365 days from the date of purchase shown on your invoice, or from the date of production if no invoice is available for reference.
For vape pod cartridges and disposable vape:
The warranty period is 180 days from the date of purchase shown on your invoice, or from the date of production if no invoice is available for reference.
Disclaimer
Artificial damage and problems caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty.
Any hardware cracking or modification is at your own risk and will void the warranty.

- If your problem is not listed in the TECH FAQ or is not resolved after following the TECH FAQ guidance, you have two choices to settle the problem:
